Vías Verdes de la Comunidad de Madrid
Las vías verdes son antiguos trazados de ferrocarril en desuso recuperados como itinerarios no motorizados para ser recorridos a pie y en bicicleta. En el conjunto del estado español existen cerca de 2.900 km de Vías Verdes repartidos en todas las Comunidades Autónomas.
En la actualidad la Comunidad de Madrid cuenta con 3 vías verdes que suman más de 70 km a través de los cuales el viajero podrá conocer la historia, cultura y naturaleza del territorio madrileño. Vías Verdes situadas en el Sur y el Este de la Comunidad para descubrir espacios, pueblos y entornos sorprendentes.
