1. Data protection

The personal data collected through the websites of the Community of Madrid will be treated in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

The processing carried out with said data, the Data Controller and the rest of the data required to exercise your rights in personal data protection can be found in the Register of Processing Activities (RAT).

These data will be strictly necessary, adequate and relevant for the purpose for which they are collected. The Community of Madrid is committed to complying with the duty of confidentiality with respect to personal data, as well as to adopting the necessary measures to prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access.

Merely browsing the web portals, electronic sites and applications does not imply any provision of personal data. In any case, personal data that may be provided through emails sent to corporate email addresses that appear on the websites of the Community of Madrid will be treated in accordance with the provisions of this section.

The portal may include links to other third-party websites with privacy policies other than those of the Community of Madrid, so when accessing them the Community of Madrid is no longer responsible for the treatment that these websites may make of your personal data.

If you wish, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition and deletion of personal data, request that the processing of your data be limited or, where appropriate, the portability of your data, as well as not be subject to automated individual decisions, including profiling, by means of Electronic Registration or In-Person Registration or in the places and forms provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, preferably by means of the application form “Exercise of rights in matters of personal data protection”.

The Registry of Processing Activities, the contact details of the Data Protection Delegates of the Community of Madrid and additional information on the protection of personal data and the exercise of your rights are published on the data protection website of the Community of Madrid (www.comunidad.madrid/protecciondedatos).

2. Anti-Spam Policy

VISIT MADRID declares itself completely against the sending of unsolicited commercial communications and any type of conduct or manifestation known as spam, and is also committed to the fight against this type of abusive practice.

The user can contact us through the contact form or, failing that, by the email provided in these legal conditions, to communicate and/or report any irregularity regarding spam.

3. Data hosting

For technical reasons and for quality of service, the VISIT MADRID website is hosted on the servers of the COMMUNITY OF MADRID.

4. Applicable law and jurisdiction

For the resolution of all disputes or questions related to this website or the activities carried out on it, Spanish legislation will apply, to which the parties expressly submit.
