Description
To leave Villarejo de Salvanés, go to Calle Belmonte. The road that leads to Carabaña runs between olive groves and vineyards. From Carabaña continue along the banks of the Tajuña, passing through Orusco del Tajuña to Ambite. From Ambite to Olmeda de las Fuentes you have a good cost. It is short, but pronounced. Take it easy, especially on hot days. You are climbing the moor. These moors located to the southeast of the Community of Madrid constitute unique landscapes that harbor ecosystems very diverse, valuable and interesting. Enjoy them. Then continue to Nuevo Baztán. There you will be surprised by the dimension and the monumental presence of the Goyeneche palace. Do not forget to visit its interpretation center located in the old cellars of the palace and, if you like, take advantage to know the wines of the winery V de Valmores.
