Approximately half a kilometer away is the Ermita del Cristo del Humilladero, patron of the city, surrounded by gardens and a forest park with excellent panoramic views. The itinerary continues towards the Hondillo del Palomar with a slight descent, where we can see the typical crops of the area, the olive grove and the vineyards, which give such excellent wines to Colmenar.

Hondillo del Palomar - Valdegredero - Viewpoint of the Barrancos

At 1.6 km we will find the junction with the Crta. M-322 and we will begin the descent, which gives us beautiful views over the Valdegredero Valley. At kilometer 2.2 of the route, you will find the Fuente de Valdegredero, where there is a ranch area with a picnic area. It is recommended not to drink from the waters of this source, due to its high salinity. It is preferable to bring a water bottle. 600 meters from the source is the Mirador de los Barrancos, which shows us a beautiful panoramic view.
