Today marks the start of the XXX Cervantine Gastronomic Days in #Alcalá!
After these days fully experiencing Cervantine Week, we continue to enjoy #Cervantes, but this time sitting at the table.
From October 12 to 18, "Los delirios del Quijote" arrives, a series of events in which the restaurants of Alcalá de Henares recover the flavors of the Golden Age with menus inspired by #ElQuijote, reinterpreted and brought to contemporary cooking.
