Because all the accents of Spanish fit in Madrid
This year, Hispanidad 2026 will be held from October 2 to October 12 with more than 200 activities spread across different points of the region. This sixth edition, which will feature the United States as the guest country, in commemoration of the 250th anniversary of its independence, consolidates the event as a reference point to commemorate Hispanidad and the Spanish language on both sides of the Atlantic.
The activities from different disciplines, such as music, theatre, dance, folklore, visual arts, or gastronomy, will take to the streets and the main cultural spaces of Madrid. The celebration will extend across several venues in the city, such as "Puerta del Sol", "Plaza Mayor", "Plaza de España", or "Gran Vía", in addition to "Parque de Santander" and "Parque de Vista Alegre", among other locations.
