This summer, the Sierra de Guadarrama becomes the stage for the 6th edition of the Atlántida Music Fest, a remarkable musical gathering where artistic excellence, historical heritage, and nature blend seamlessly in extraordinary venues.
Spearheaded by the Atlántida Chamber Orchestra as the resident orchestra, the festival presents its most ambitious program to date, featuring a lineup of 20 concerts. The festival offers an eclectic and accessible approach, creating an engaging dialogue between classical music and other genres such as jazz, flamenco, film scores, and fusion projects.
Highlights of this edition include standout performances such as Vivaldi's The Four Seasons, Bach a solo, and a special appearance by the acclaimed artist Estrella Morente performing Falla's El Amor Brujo (Love, the Magician).
The concerts will take place in heritage sites and municipal theaters across some of the region's most emblematic towns, including Soto del Real, Collado Mediano, Navacerrada, El Boalo, Cerceda and Mataelpino, Manzanares el Real, and El Escorial. In addition to the performances, the festival fosters spaces for dialogue through roundtables, professional gatherings, and masterclasses.
