This exhibition arises as a dialogue between the artistic production of Nadia Barkate (Bilbao, 1980) and Fátima Moreno (Granada, 1980) and the collections of the Museo Centro de Arte Dos de Mayo and the ARCO Foundation, taking as a starting point the practice of drawing not only as a technique but as a form of thinking, action, and relationship with space. Both artists have been invited by the institution to conduct a collection reading focused on the technique of drawing, also assuming the role of curators of the project —adapting curatorial tasks towards a more intuitive and bodily process—, using a subjective and shared perspective to analyze their own languages and find both affinities and distances between their works and the selected pieces housed in the museum.
